Services & Fees

*Individual psychotherapy- $125 (55 minute session)

*Initial assessment- $175 (90 minute session)

*Additional services such as letter writing, consultation with other providers, etc.- $50/hour prorated

*Supervision for licensure (LISW)- $75 (60 minute session)

I am currently in-network with Med Mutual, Optum, United HealthCare, Aetna, and OhioHealthy insurances. 

I do accept HSA/FSA cards. I also accept self-pay when out-of-network. I will provide a receipt for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement purposes, and typically the amount reimbursed will cover a large portion of my rate. 

I will update this page with in-network insurance information as needed.

Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 24 hour notice. If 24 hour notice is not given, a $50 no-show fee will be charged.

Rates are due at time of service.
